Forms, payments & confirmations

Revolutionize the way you collect responses and payment in one place

Publish branded forms, take card and mobile money checkouts on the same flow, and send SMS or email confirmations — so your team spends less time on spreadsheets and follow-ups.

Your forms workspace

From first question to paid submission — without the spreadsheet chaos

Publish branded, shareable forms for intake, applications, events, or paid offers—then track submissions, payments, and follow-ups in one place. Your organization keeps a clear audit trail while respondents get a clean, guided experience.

Design multi-step or single-page flows with optional intro and info screens (text, images, layout blocks) so respondents understand what they’re signing up for before they start. Add the field types you need, keep answers structured for reporting, and publish a branded link your team can share anywhere—whether the form is free intake, an application, or a paid flow when you turn checkout on.

Turn payments on only where it matters: fixed amounts, catalog-style line items, or no payment at all. Route online collection through your configured gateway, and still support manual methods (for example bank transfer) so finance can reconcile the way they already work. Submissions stay tied to payment status, so you’re not matching names in spreadsheets after the fact.

Send email and SMS when something important happens—confirmations after submit, payment-related notices, or broadcast-style updates when you need to reach a list. Delivery settings and credits live in the workspace, so your team can test, enable what they use, and keep confirmations and reminders out of one-off personal inboxes.

Structured forms people actually finish

Design clear question flows with fields that match what you need to collect, optional intro and info pages so respondents understand the ask, and branding that keeps public links feeling official—not like a random survey link.

  • Field-driven intake
  • Intro & info pages
  • Publish on your terms
  • Branded experience
Payments

Checkout when you need it, skip it when you don’t

Turn on online checkout through your connected payment setup (for example Snippe where you use it), and still support manual payment methods your finance team already reconciles—so paid and unpaid flows can live on the same structured form.

  • Optional checkout
  • Online collection
  • Manual methods
  • Submission-linked status

We stopped reconciling payments in a spreadsheet. Submissions and status live in one place—so when someone asks ‘did they pay?’ the answer takes seconds, not an afternoon

Confirmations used to be ‘someone will handle it.’ With SMS and email tied to the form, people actually get the message—and we stopped duplicating the same follow-up five times

We were collecting answers five different ways for the same program. With Oasis forms, there’s one official place to apply, clear steps, and data that stays organized—no more merging.

How it works

From draft form to live link in four steps

Publish a branded flow, share one link, and review structured responses in your workspace.

  • Open workspace settings
  • Set display name / how you appear publicly
  • Upload logo and favicon (if you use them)
  • Pick brand color (if you use it on public pages)
  • Add public contact details you want on landing pages (phone / email / WhatsApp)
  • Save landing intro text (welcome message visitors see)
  • Create a new form
  • Set title and URL slug
  • Add fields (questions / data you need)
  • Add intro / info content if the flow needs context before questions
  • Choose theme / background for the public form (if you use that)
  • Configure payment / checkout only if this form should collect money
  • Set status to Published when you’re ready to go live
  • Copy the public form URL from the admin
  • Paste into SMSemailwebsite, or social post
  • For other workspaces / hosts, use the correct public URL pattern your setup uses (main site vs workspace path vs subdomain)
  • Optional: add the link to your WordPress “Register / Apply” button
  • Open Submissions (or responses) for that form
  • Filter / search to find a person or status
  • Open a record to read answers and notes
  • Export when finance or programs needs a sheet
  • Use notifications (email/SMS) when you need confirmations or broadcasts
  • Mark follow-ups done in your own process (tags/notes if your product has them—if not, keep this line generic: “Track follow-up in your workflow”)
