Yes. The core platform—building forms, collecting submissions, using the dashboard and exports, and payment integrations as you configure them—is free. You only pay when you choose to buy SMS credits for text messaging.
SMS is pay-as-you-go. You top up credits in your workspace; when you send SMS (confirmations, alerts, bulk messages), the cost is deducted per message based on your setup. If you don’t send SMS, you don’t pay for it.
We understand that things change. You can cancel your plan at any time and we'll refund you the difference already paid.
You can enable checkout on forms that need it, using your connected payment setup (for example Snippe where you use it). You can also offer manual payment methods (like bank transfer) when that fits your process. Payment behavior depends on how you configure each form and workspace.
Submissions appear in your workspace submissions area so you can review, search, and export data for reporting or finance. You can also use PDF receipts or signed links where your flow supports them.
A workspace is an isolated space for your organization’s forms, settings, and data. You share a public URL for each published form; depending on your setup, links may use your main site, a workspace path, or an optional subdomain—your admin or docs should describe which pattern you use.
