Acceptance of terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Oasis Forms (the “Platform”), including the website forms.co.tz, admin tools, and public form pages (together, the “Services”), operated by Oasis Technologies (“Oasis Technologies”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By creating an account, accessing the admin area, publishing a form, or submitting data through a public form hosted on Oasis Forms, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
What Oasis Forms provides
Oasis Forms is a multi-workspace platform that allows organizations to create and publish forms, collect submissions, optionally configure payments through connected third-party gateways, and optionally send email and SMS notifications. Features may vary by workspace configuration and may change as Oasis Technologies improves the Platform.
Who these terms apply to
- Administrators / customers — organizations and users who manage workspaces, forms, and settings on Oasis Forms.
- Respondents — individuals who complete public forms on forms.co.tz or related public URLs. Respondents must also comply with the acceptable use rules in these Terms.
Free core vs paid add-ons
Unless Oasis Technologies agrees otherwise in writing, the core Platform (forms, submissions, and standard admin features as offered on Oasis Forms) is provided without a subscription fee. SMS and certain messaging features may require prepaid credits or other fees as shown in the admin or on the Oasis Forms pricing information. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers; their terms and fees apply separately.
Your content & our IP
Your content
You (or your organization) retain ownership of content you submit to Oasis Forms, including form definitions, branding assets, and submission data collected from respondents (“Customer Content”). You grant Oasis Technologies a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content only as needed to operate Oasis Forms, provide support, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.
Your responsibilities
You represent that you have the rights and permissions to collect and process submission data, including any personal data, and that your forms and notices to respondents meet applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Oasis Technologies’ IP
The Oasis Forms software, documentation, trademarks, and branding (excluding your Customer Content) are owned by Oasis Technologies or its licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Oasis Forms for your organization’s lawful purposes while your account is in good standing. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the Platform except as expressly permitted in writing by Oasis Technologies.
Feedback
Suggestions you send to Oasis Technologies may be used without obligation to you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Oasis Forms or forms.co.tz to:
- Violate any law or regulation, or infringe others’ rights.
- Collect or process personal data without a lawful basis, required notices, or appropriate consent.
- Upload or distribute malware, spam, phishing, or deceptive content.
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against others.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, workspaces, or systems (including abusive scraping or automated abuse).
- Use Oasis Forms for illegal payments, fraud, money laundering, or dealings with sanctioned parties.
- Overload or disrupt the Services.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when operating forms or sending messages through the Platform.
Oasis Technologies may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law are breached.
Accounts, billing & changes
Accounts
You are responsible for accurate registration information, safeguarding login credentials, and all activity under your Oasis Forms account. Notify Oasis Technologies promptly of unauthorized access.
Workspaces
Data and settings are scoped to workspaces on Oasis Forms. You are responsible for admin access you grant and for how each workspace is configured (public links, payments, messaging).
SMS credits & fees
Where SMS or other paid features apply on Oasis Forms, you agree to pay applicable fees and maintain sufficient credit balance. SMS delivery depends on third-party carriers; Oasis Technologies does not guarantee delivery to every number or at a specific time.
Payments
Online payments are processed by third-party payment providers configured for your workspace. Oasis Technologies is not a bank and does not hold customer funds unless separately agreed in writing. Payment disputes are primarily between you and the payer, subject to the provider’s rules.
Availability & changes
Oasis Technologies aims for reliable operation of forms.co.tz and the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with notice where practicable, and perform maintenance that temporarily limits access.
Termination
You may stop using Oasis Forms at any time. Oasis Technologies may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, risk, non-payment (where applicable), or legal requirements. Handling of Customer Content after termination is described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer
Oasis Forms is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. [Your lawyer should add warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law for Tanzania if applicable.]
